We welcome visitors year-round, seven days a week (spring-summer hours: 11am – 5pm / autumn-winter hours: 11am – 4pm). Enjoy guided wine tastings, curated wine flights, seasonal vineyard lunches, or a relaxed glass in the sunshine - with bottles available to take home or shipped direct to your door

Led by award-winning Executive Chef Norka Mella Munoz, whose vision earned Palliser a prestigious Cuisine Hat in 2025, Palliser Kitchen sits among our organic Martinborough vineyards, celebrating local, seasonal ingredients designed to pair with our wines.

Blending Norka’s Chilean heritage with New Zealand influences, the menu delivers a refined yet relaxed dining experience, grounded in sustainability, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
