Discover Te Muna: Go behind the scenes

Join us for a full-day immersive experience in the viticulture, winemaking and wines of Te Muna Valley. Walk the vineyards, meet the producers, go behind the scenes and taste exceptional wines right where they are made.

Tickets are limited to twenty people to ensure that this is an intimate experience, taking you to places that are not normally open to the public.

Your tour begins with pickup from Martinborough Square, leading to a special start at Big Sky Wines. Kath and Jeremy will take you through a hands-on experience of their vineyard and winery.

From there, visit the stunning Blue Earth Estate vineyard and olive grove. Margaret and Mike will entertain you with stories of their journey and explain how they grow their olives and grapes. You will then indulge in a long, relaxed lunch accompanied with a glass of wine. Some of the region's winemakers will join us to share their stories and answer your questions.

The adventure continues with an insiders' look at the state of the art winery at Escarpment. Rowan will walk you through the process of how grapes are transformed into their wines.

The day will conclude with a final tasting in Craggy Range’s private venue at their Te Muna Estate vineyard, where you will have the opportunity to revisit some of your favourite wines and chat with your hosts.
