A mellow hand harvested blended oil. Very floral nose. On tasting a herbal aroma with olive fruitiness gives way to slight grassiness. On the palate fresh tomato and banana with a modest chilli pepper and mustard spice after-taste. Very low peroxide and free fatty acid scores. Enjoy as a drizzle over salads, pasta, fish, steak and vegetable dishes or on its own as a dip. Use as a low to moderate heat cooking oil in non-stick frying pan or in the oven. Use to bake.
